Our preparations are well under way in Albania and Guatemala for the special Christmas celebrations that take place at the beginning of December for the children at all of our programs. Every child will be invited to a special Christmas meal and presentation and will receive a gift, regardless of whether they have a sponsor or not.
The provision of all of this for around 10,000 children is not funded through our monthly sponsorship donations. Therefore, we are most grateful for all the help we receive from our sponsors and supporters each year, without which we would not be able to provide these gifts. For many children, this will be the only Christmas present they receive. If you are able to help support the Christmas Fund for your own sponsored child and/or an un-sponsored child, you can give in any of the following ways:

- Send a check to your national Living Water Adopt-A-Child office.
- Donate through the website.
Please marking your gift “Christmas Fund” (do not quote your own sponsored child’s number on these). Due to the volume of Christmas donations we receive each year, we are not able to acknowledge individual gifts unless specifically asked to do so. However, each and every donation is valued and helps us to be able to share the joy of Christmas with the children and their families at this special time of the year.
Gifts sent for birthdays in November and December are processed in the normal way, but if you want to send any other gift for your child, please wait until January when staff will be able to process them on their return from the Christmas break. Guatemala and Albania offices are closed over the Christmas and New Year holidays.
