We are excited to announce the launch of our newest sponsorship program that started in Pogradec, Albania this October. Our team has been busy visiting homes in Pogradec of people in need and registering the children for our new program.

Pogradec is located in the southeast of the Republic of Albania and has about 48,000 inhabitants who are mostly Muslim, Orthodox, and Bektashi. A considerable part of the population has chosen to immigrate abroad due to unemployment in the country. The difficult economic situation is felt in the city as well as in the surrounding villages.

A Living Water Adopt-A-Child (LWAAC) center was established in Pogradec in 1995. From this center, food programs are available which are associated with our evangelistic and social work efforts and churches have been planted in the area of Mokra.

Many people have heard the Gospel and have come to know Christ as their Lord and Savior.

We also have had the privilege of opening a new Living Water church near this center. This new church aims to evangelize and raise disciples in the city and in the villages around it.

We welcome you to visit the Albania webpage to learn more about how we’re building the Kingdom of God in this country. Thank you to all of you who support the work of our ministry here by sponsoring a child.
